My Favorite Snack for Late Night Craving

A Healthy Sweet Treat - this recipe is from my longtime client and good friend Anastasia! It’s super easy to put together. People don’t usually think about how effortless it is to make something so yummy.

The Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cold baked sweet potato

  • 1/2 banana

  • frozen sour cherries


Directions

  • Cut one sweet potato in half and bake it cut-side down for 20 minutes at 375 degrees, or until it’s soft

  • Let it cool—or just take one out of the fridge like I do with my leftover ones

  • Remove the skin (or not!)

  • Take one half, mash it with half a banana, and top it with frozen sour cherries


NOTES

I love this combination of warm potato mash with the coolness of cherries!

You can also experiment with a drizzle of chocolate balsamic vinegar on top :)
