Sweet Science doesn’t require you to be perfect for the program to work. None of us are perfect and the expectation that we will be is just a setup for failure.
I recommend that my clients aim to “eat clean” 80% of the time. Holidays and vacations bring our lives joy, and we should enjoy them!
We will never adhere to the program 100% of the time and that’s ok. We’re not perfect — we’re human. And that is what makes us beautiful!
Many of my clients experience weight loss — sometimes significant weight loss — as a result of the Sweet Science program. But Sweet Science is not a fad diet.
Weight loss is complicated and non-linear, even when we’re making profound changes to diet and lifestyle. For women, hormones play a significant role in weight loss and weight retention.
