The Total Turnaround
12 PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS
You’ll receive 12 one-hour sessions over 6 months. We will connect through video chat or in person. Most clients schedule 2 sessions per month, but we can do whatever works for you. In every session, you’ll get expert guidance, accountability, and inspiration as you learn new skills and progress on your journey. We’ll talk about your experience working with the plan and any questions you have, and will adjust it as necessary to suit your needs. By the end of our work together, you’ll have all the knowledge and tools you’ll need to address all aspects of your wellbeing, in the near future and for the long haul.
During our first session, we’ll have an in-depth conversation about your health and lifestyle. We’ll start to examine your most pressing health issues and begin to identify their underlying causes (inflammation, mineral depletion, nutrient deficiency, malabsorption, blood sugar imbalance...). I’ll start to get a sense of the most effective types of changes you can begin to make in your daily life, and the best approaches we can take as a team to address all your health concerns, both in the short- and long-term.
In subsequent sessions, we’ll work together to develop a detailed, step-by-step health plan of action and a unique collection of wellness tips and routines based on the Sweet Science 5 that you can follow between sessions. This program, personally tailored just for you, will include specific food planning resources and easy recipes, healthy lifestyle rubrics, and support strategies designed to help you succeed in your long-range goals. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a comprehensive blueprint that will support your new commitment to wellness and help keep those nagging symptoms at bay so you can revel in the increasing freedom and joy of optimal sober health for years to come.
You will receive a suite of thoroughly researched and useful Sweet Science handouts and other reference materials on specific subjects related to your focus areas that I will curate specially for you. You’ll also get personalized nutrition info that will help you shop for, prepare, and truly enjoy the best foods for your dietary needs. I’ll also provide a bevy of delicious, diverse recipes you can make at home, as well as interesting, actionable information about meditation, movement, breath, and sleep that you can go back to time and time again to recommit to optimal wellness and keep your health game strong, far into the future.
